Born and raised in southwestern Ontario, lived in northern Ontario (15 yrs) and the Northwest Territories (3 yrs) for a while, and back where I started. Just in time for my BAV diagnosis and some of the best cardiac specialists in Canada.

Brooklyn born and bred (you can tell the minute that I open my mouth). Spent most of my adult life on Long Island, but have lived in Florida since 1994. No matter where I live, I will always be a New Yorker!

Europe !? That's a bit vague ? Notice you dont just have North America ?

I'm from Cornwall, a little country in south west England , and I dont see it listed ?
Strickly speaking it's a county but we like to think of it as a country for many reasons including the fact that it's virtually cut off by water to the rest of Britain, and of course it's Celtic and england is Saxon.

So, would you be kind enough to add Cornwall to the list so as I can be counted in ?
Thanks...
Justin

The poll options are limited to 10 categories; that's why the choices are limited.
Unfortunately a poll can not be changed once it is posted, so I'm unable to add or subtract any categories.
Sorry, Justin

Justin, like Mary said it is limited ? why don?t you start one for Europe?

I just marked my location. Yes, Planet Earth.:wink2:

Anyone else who hasn't voted?
I "dropped my pin" in :)

Lived in CA nearly a quarter of a century, a very long time considering the many places I lived before that.

Did you kiss a cod and screeched in?

No, didn't do the ceremony but remember the Screech!
And loved those cod and chips... all you could eat for 50 cents!

Those two years were the best time I had in the service. I was there for full two years without going home on leave. If I could have reenlisted and stayed there I would have. I rode the "Newfie Bullet" all over the island. I help take care of the phone cable that ran from St Johns to Stephenville. So I spent time in many of the small towns for the AF had "repeater stations" in those towns. Got to meet lots of fine Newfies.

Wife and I were at Corner Brook last year while on a cruise. Sure had changed in 53 years. They even had a Walmart Super Center. :biggrin2:

Cornwall is in England and is part of the United Kingdom.
