Today my INR was 4.2, I take 10mg a day. my range is 2.5-3.5. My chart says hold one dose then cut by 10%, I really do not like holding doses, so I thought maybe take 5mg tonight and 5 tomorrow night. Does this sound good or what would you do?? Thanks :) always something!!

Went for my yearly check up Tuesday, everything is good he said. EKG good, meds good. Of course I had 15 questions to ask him all written down of course so I could remember. Said I looked great and he was so proud of me, awww made me feel good. I am still am having what he calls heart hicups...

Has anyone had a small procedure done like a eye lift? after AVR surgery. Are any type surgery at all, I think we are considered high risk. Just wondering!

My doctor gave me some restoril to sleep, does anyone take these? I have been taking .5mg of xanax to sleep but I wanted to get off of xanax. Does anyone else take anything to get sleep. After AVR I just worry a lot about taking anything new. Thanks

How many of you exercise (dirty word) and what type and how long do you do this? Does it really make you feel better? :cool:

I take 10mg a day, I have been home testing for about a month now. I have watched it every week go to 3.9 I adjust my dose by 10% taking 5mg one night and 7.5 the next it goes to 2.9. I tested again in three days and I am at 3.3 which is just perfect for me. My question is do any of you think...
