Reflecting on my third Valversary. Thank you, VR community for being a source of support, information, and community these past three years. Everyone, everything, every experience is a deeply felt gift. I take nothing for granted.

Allan, I enjoy seeing comments from people with your experience. This week I will reach four months since my AVR so the scar is very pink and there are a few post op issues that remind me daily I'm still in recovery. It is interesting and comforting to hear from those of you with the perspective of years.
