Two Years Today!!!!

Hi everyone, I’m celebrating my two year valversary today!!!! Had an echo last week, doctor called me on Friday to let me know that everything looked great – she said my valve looked beautiful!!!

Went for a four mile run to celebrate (had to stay inside on the TM, it’s just too hot out) still, it felt so good and I feel great – what a difference two years make!!!

Good for you Rachel. My valversary is tomorrow, two years for me too. Like you, my recent echo was perfect. Such a relief, isn't it?

How did I miss this post? Congrats on 2 and to decades more. So, if you ran 4 miles on a 2 year anniversary (4 miles is 2 squared), can I infer that you will run 9 miles on the 3rd one
Or will you be a bit lazier and just run 3x2 = 6 miles.
