We're staying at the Drury, Sharon, and that's where Hank made their reservations too. That's all the news for right now. I'm hoping we can take the swamp tour, but I don't think there's anything official about the day or time yet.

We are working some final details for the New Orleans Reunion.

The most important information right now is that we will be staying at the:

And that the reunion is October 8th, 9th and 10th. With a few folks staying through the 11th.

Can't wait til I retire next July so hubby and I can do the reunions. We can travel almost anywhere and I am really looking forward to meeting some of you all.

I would love to go to New Orleans, but my best friends daughter is getting married on the 10th and we are going to Sanibel Island the following week, maybe next time for sure. I live very close to there you should have a nice time!

I called the Drury Inn and they said the rooms where 179.00 a night plus 15.00 paiking.

Unfortunatly,we do not have a group rate for Hotels this year. Mostly because We didn't look into everything soon enough (Mary, would you like to be in charge again next year?? ) and there is a smaller number of attendies this year...

hi all,
new orleans is such a great place! our eldest went to tulane for one year before transferring (pre-Katrina). joey and i spent quite some time there that year; loved it!!
unfortunately, we won't be able to go. we planned a week away for our anniversary (26 years that week).
we'll miss you all and look forward to hearing about it.
have a great time and keep us posted as you enjoy eachother and your down time together.
