Made it!--1 year Post-Op

YIPEEE!!
I have been trying to decide if I should send my surgeon and cardio
an Anniversary/Thank You/or Happy 1st Birthday card. Maybe the Birthday
card,as my bovine valve is a year old now.This is great-I can eat cake and
ice cream 2 times a year now. Do we get presents too(?)

Thanks to everyone here for all the help and support...and for listening
to all of my rantings, ravings,and ramblings. Luv you guys!

Thanks everyone. Glad to hear we are supposed to get presents.
I mentioned that today was my anniversary to spouse this morning
and he hadn't realized that we actually 'celebrate' this day,so on his
way home he got me some last minute roses and promised a dinner
date this weekend of my choice-which will be something very fattening
and unhealthy with something well-aged to go with
