Both my parents were psychiatric nurses, mental health issues come in many forms. Unfortunately, we were not all exactly created equal and some times we just need to say help.
My daughters friends brother just committed suicide on the weekend, left a bunch of letters for his brother, if he would have only reached out and asked for help.
Coming from a loving family makes a big difference, which is why this VR.org portal is so important to so many.
Tomorrow will be 2 years since my father passed and I miss him dearly.
If it was on tonight, I missed it, went for a long walk with my love instead.
