hello ,Well I have certainly enjoyed these last 3 years. I now appreciate life to the full thanks to God, my AVR and support from family and friends, otherwise I would have drifted through life taking it all for granted. The knowledge I have gained from you all on this site and what I have learned about myself helps me not to worry to much about the future.
Everyday 3km walking , 1km jogging ,maintaining weight around 75 kgs ,and maintaining pt inr between 2to3 with 25mg warf per week. 3 year echo and say its all ok.
Anyway thought I would share my thoughts with you all.
