hi, In my annual routine check up , in right kidney noticed cyst. Doctor advised to test Urine C/S.Found colony count >1lack and Organism noticed KLEBSIELLA+PSEUDOMONUS PRESENT. Doctor advised Amikacin 500mg Antibiotic. What you advise? will it effect INR? SRINIVAS
