hello ,Well I have certainly enjoyed these last years. I now appreciate life to the full thanks to God, my AVR and support from family and friends, otherwise I would have drifted through life taking it all for granted. The knowledge I have gained from you all on this site and what I have learned about myself helps me not to worry to much about the future.
Everyday 6km walking(3km back 3km fr0nt walking) ,maintaining weight around 75 kgs ,and maintaining pt inr between 2to3 with 25mg warf per week.
Anyway thought I would share my thoughts with you all.
