However, it is nice because it will be light when I go to work. It's reallly hard for me to get going when it's still dark.

Yep, that's what I thought.
Does this mean there is now 3 hours difference between me and Cooker when there was only 2 before?
Yes, I'm in Canada; just above North Dakota. So maybe its 3 hours to the East of me and I know it will become 2 hours to the West. So maybe I am thinking right? That would be a switch ;)

Freddie, don't panic - you're not thinking right :D:D I don't think I could handle it if you were  Most of the rest of the world changes at the same time, at least most of North America does, so there will be the same time differences. However, some people do not change, and I thought that Sask was one of those that did not change.... and there's always Newfoundland (and Labrador, to be politically correct :D) who always march to their own time

and yes, I hate it too - I have half an hour every morning in front of one of those monster light therapy lights, every morning from fall equinox to spring equinox . . . if not, I go completely snakey - runs in the family, my mum has to escape to Texas to get her dose of sunshine

Freddie ,does this mean Edmonton will have some

extra time to call me for surgery now:p:D

Jeanette,

I need to get one of those therapy lights, as this change of season and winter's long nights and short days caused me in the past "light SAD" which I am hoping maybe with my new valves, and now over 55, having the blood running well throughout my body I may not go through it this year. Wishful thinking:rolleyes::D

This I do know.........You are correct Zipper. Edmonton will/is 1 hour behind us and B.C. will be 2 hours behind us.

Superbob, I knew I would stir the pot if I used Cooker name :D

Jeanette, your right Sask. does not change and we won't even start with Newfoundland.............they are just plain different :)

Freddie is on the right track.:)
The diff between Sask time and Eastern time will be ONE hour during the winter. Yahoo!
