Six years ago today

Six years ago tonight I was on a vent in the ICU. Glad it is 6 years later! Very grateful to be here and MV repaired. Quite a few cardiac issues since the day of surgery but things have been going well for a while now.
Just wanted to share the day with all of you.:

Oh, I hear ya and I'm glad that you are understanding the post op trauma issues. My 6th is coming in October and
it is a strange occasion to celebrate, but it does get better.

Congratulations! I too had my 6th anniversary this summer for Mitral Valver repair, Da Vinci method. It is a great feeling to be alive and healthy. God Bless you and here's to many more healthy anniversaries!!!
