Yes, I hope it continues to work, but I understand there's a chance of gases freezing and the thing blowing up.
They still have to continue with the relief wells to pour "mud" into the hole and seal it up forever and ever, according to a good buddy of mine who is an oilfield well blowout expert.
Then if they want to tap that field they have to drill a new well into the field.

But this is a good start.
