incomplete revascularization

Would someone please explain this to me. On the last cath, this was written on the report.

Did you have bypasses? or stents in your coronary arteries? I think if they are able to open up all the blocked coronary arteries it is called complete vascularization, if they all aren't able to be opened its incomplete revascularization. I think it is pretty common for not all to be abled to be open. But I don't know much more than that.

Yes, I did have bypass surgery and a valve replaced. What you wrote makes sense. Lately I had to have a stent. I was curious when I read that in the report.
