so weird I never even thought I would need a serial number and model number for it. It's size 36mm by the way no idea if that is average. I have a card to keep in my wallet. I have my appointment tomorrow for 3 month check up, hopefully off Coumadin. Off Atenolol would be nice too...

Got mine too the other day. It's a 28mm for the mitral valve, from Edwards Lifesciences. It's the model 4600 which is the one I've always wanted.

I got my card yesterday, also! a lifesciences model 4600, size 36.
didn't even know i had a "device" and needed a card!
apparently it is a rubber device - lots of stuff in my chest!
still wishing i could go off coumadin - but not yet.

Hmm, mine is a 4400. I went to the web site on the back of the card and saw what they looked like..I am just getting over a cold with bronchitis and hope I didn't cough it out of place.

Mine is 38 mm. I'm pretty sure that 40 mm is the biggest.

Hmmm... my 28mm is awfully tiny. I must have the Grinch's heart, "two sizes too small". Hopefully the surgeon removed the unwashed socks.
