Echo results for gastric bypass clearance.

Hey gang,
Hope all is well with u guys. It's been awhile. Been getting ready for gastric bypass surgery due to the patient valve mismatch.
My lastest echo showed
Left ventricular function is hyperdynamic..what does that mean?
Pressure gradients are still high actually even higher. Peak is now 58.4 and Mean is 33.
AV area is 0.84 cm
trace regurtation on all the valves.
Ejection fraction is good at 65 to 70.

Listed moderate stenosis

He said I am good to go with the bypass surgery, ya'll let me know what u think. I am so nervous it's not even funny. A reminder I had my vavle replacement in 2008.

Do you have your last Echo report you could compare the numbers too? When will you be having the gastric surgery? I hope you get very good results. One of y friends had that done a couple years ago and he lost so much weight in a few months I didn't recognise him until he said hello
