Duplicate INR

How unusual would it be to have two identical INR readings--2.9 in 20.7 sec. one week apart? First two tests from a new box of strips. All tests within the normal range.

Is this bizarre or extremely accurate?

It is a rarity, but it has happened. Now if you get 3, I'd really be wondering.

I have had the same INR two times in a row a couple of times over the last year. Each time, however, the PT was different by .1 and .2.
