Darlene's potato salad

4-6 MEDIUM RED POTATOES BOILED, PEELED &DICED

1PKG. RANCH DRESSING MIX

16 OZ. LOW FAT SOUR CREAM.
1 MED. YELLOW ONION. CHOPPED
1 GREEN APPLE CHOPPED

3 CELERY STALKS CHOPPED

COMBINE INGREDIENTS WITH 8-10 OUNCES OF SOUR CREAM MIX
ALLOW TO CHILL & SERVE.

salt and pepper can be added if desired.

sounds yummy. can we add some boiled eggs? Mother used to use Ranch Dressing in her salad. also in her deviled eggs. well, anything she could add mayo to, she decided to switch to Ranch.

I have a cousin who makes his potato salad with cabbage instead of potatoes. he says you can't tell the difference. Imagine!
