Having so much fun I missed my anniversarie. Well folks, it's like it never happened except for the drugs every day to remind me, but I eat alot of supplements anyway so no big deal. Working out regular, pushing 200 plus on my bow flex, hiking, snow shoeing, bow hunting, ....etc, Had my first Echo last week, talk to my Doc this thurs. to discuss results. I'm sure everything is fine, still ticking away....LOL.

Mac, so good to see your note. For us it is a mile stone when we finish our first year but I think it may be even better to let our new friends know that heart surgery can let you go on to live a good busy life. Take care.
