Finally Found Those Lost Pictures for TOOTS...

This is a picture of me the day after I got home (eighth day after surgery last year). Seems sort of appropriate that I found them today after they were lost in a box since March (a few weeks before Laura and I joined this forum), given that the picture was taken a year ago today. Jane is standing there with a fork in her mouth. KC is hidden behind me, the only part showing being his arm. I was smiling in another picture, but I wanted to show everyone here that the kids were just fine with Daddy's new funny looking chest.

Oh, and I hope that any of you doubters out there who think we made all of this up, should realize we didn't. The scar is still there and very real (and wider than ever ). I think I'll upload an album when I have time showing my ICU and Telemetry room pictures.

Thanks again for all of your kindness and support over the past year, and God Bless. We'll post again as the busy Christmas and New Year's (KC's 8th birthday) season permits.

Thanks everybody for the nice posts. It's nice to have that third arm. It certainly helps when tying up all those strings and ribbons--you know, that extra finger to hold the first part of the knot tight, while my other two hands take care of making the bunny ears. It's also handy for holding one of the kids' hands while my other arms are full...

I actually did have time to make up the album last night with the ICU and Telemetry floor pictures, plus two at home pictures. My wife was called away for a C-section, and I stayed up another hour and uploaded various pictures. For some reason the site scrambled the order of the pictures, and would like to know how to rearrange them so the sequence is logical.

Yes, I know it's usually Laura who does the weather report, but I'll do it this time.
