Cameron,
It looks like you're a "go" for a Friday surgery, so I would like to extend my hope and best wishes that the replacement is 100% successful and your recovery is rapid and smooth.
Please update us when you can, because we do worry until we receive word that all has gone well.
Godspeed!

Cameron wishing you all the best for a sucessful surgery

and recovery also.:)

Thanks everyone for the positive vibes. Keep your fingers crossed that there is no last minute cancellation.
On the snow front, wifey is starting to look like a Fiddler Crab with one big arm and one little arm as she keeps forgetting to switch arms while shovelling;)! Another big storm came through yesterday so now the snowbanks flanking the driveway are up to 7 feet tall. Forecast is for RAIN this week so with luck I will be able to make it out to the hospital!:D

I know that Vancouverites are not accustomed to snow.....I feel bad for your wife.
Maybe you can buy her some flowers and chocolates?
Last year our township snow plow driver gave us a 9 foot wall of snow in front of my house.
So far, we have less than 1 foot.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it is a go for Friday and that surgery is successful and recovery easy. Godspeed!

Sending all good thoughts your way. Hope all goes smoothly with a successful surgery and uneventful recovery.

We'll wait to hear how well you are doing.
