You are too cute Dan..Best wishes for a speedy recovery and return to the TV thingy...I am especially interested in your outcome with 42 days to go to mine...I do have a few years on you though.

ssurgery wasa success, got repair, surgeon is happy. had it late n diddnt get any pre meds so was viably shaking n stuttering going in. had to stay aan extra night on icu unit as no beds on the ward1 also left my tubes in chest 4 36 hours, pain was intense. also just had a chest wire give me massive pain, but hopefully thats it and am on way 2 recovery now. tekenn e few short steps n tryin to clear throat. thx all x

Sorry it took so long for the tubes to come out, but hey, your on this side of the fence now and that's all that counts. Your only jobs now are walk, breath, eat and sleep for the next 2 weeks. Do as much walking as you can to get the anesthesia out of your system. ;)

I know your going to hate it, but use the spirometer as much as possible also. At least I think they give them to you in England too, not sure though.

Might want to ask about your ball hair growing back. I could send you some Propecia if it's going to be a problem :D

So glad to see you post, Dan. Walk, walk, walk and each day will get better!

That didn't take long!!!!!!!:)

GLAD TO SEE YOU BACK HERE ......Good thoughts toward your

recovery time.........Easy does it........slow and rest.

Happy your surgery went well, Dan.

Ask for pain meds. You shouldn't have to be in pain.

Wonderful to hear from you.

Dan ~ I'm glad your surgery went well. Hope you continue to have an easy, uncomplicated recovery and are home soon!

Best wishes,

Dawn-Marie
