I have been anxiously awaiting to hear from Dawn as I'm sure you have. I woke up particularly worried this morning since I thought it was time we would hear from her. I called her apartment and I got her answering machine so then I called the hospital & they said she was there. :(

I was able to speak to her & she said that they never released her! They got her dressed & ready, her driver was waiting downstairs and suddently her BP shot way high & her oxygen levels plummeted! She also has a bad kidney infection, & they started her on CIPRO this morning to try to kill the infection.

Poor Dawn! So for now, she just waits! I told her everyone sent their prayers & that I would probably call her again tomorrow to see how she's doing.
 
Oh no!

I started thinking about this and it's probably a blessing that she didn't go home and then have this happen. It would have been far more disruptive to her, I think.

Unfortunately, she is right where she can get immediate help if needed. When she finally gets sprung from the hospital, she will be in better shape.

Keeping her in my prayers. God Bless.
 
I'm praying double overtime for her. Between her, Yaps, Harrybaby and Myself, we could all use about the rest of our lives free of further complications.
 
Thanks so much Norma for keeping us in the loop. I'm glad it happened before she left the hospital, although I'm sorry to hear it happened at all. She remains in my prayers.

I hope they are looking after her pressure sores while she is there.
I know it takes a long time for these to fully heal,but if they could get
it started,it would make it easier for her when she returns home.

Thanks for the update, Norma. I'm so sorry to hear the news, but glad that it happened while she was still there. I will keep her in my prayers and thoughts.
 
She's been through so much. My heart goes out to Dawn-Marie. Good it happened before she was released.

Norma you are such a good friend, thank you for all your telephone calls and updates. Sorry to hear Dawn is not doing to well, prayers, best wishes and ((HUGS)) being sent from California.
 
Norma, thanks for checking in on Dawn Marie. I'm sorry she's having such a hard time but glad they found the kidney infection before she left the hospital. She will be in my prayers. LINDA

I want to clarify, while I know even more people, Glenda, Eirecara and still yet more, it seems like a few of us have had nothing but bad news and bad times. I in no way mean any disrespect to others going through trials also.

Thanks for the update on Dawn-Marie. Glad she was'nt released if that infection was going on . She's been through so much. Tell her she's in my prayers. Hope she out soon and feeling better.
