Karlynn, the Wii Fit sounds awesome. I've barely used a Wii (my stepson & his wife's Wii); it encourages activity for most of the games I saw. I'm impressed with the detail to health enhancement they've offered. Cool!
My Wii Fit lasts longer than 5 minutes. I need the sustained cardio workout as well so I feel I have to encorporate both. Not to mention the warantee on my "Gii Fit" expired long ago so I can't return him.....oops.....I mean "it". My "Gii Fit" must be the old model because "it" isn't particularly soft and only smells good if I nag "it" to put on after shave. But "it" is as cute as the dickens.Karlynn...that is amazing!!!....Sounds like fun......sorry...I think I will stick with SuperBob's old style trainer....out dated?....maybe....but smells good and is softer

The Man of Steel made no progress in losing his second bundle of 20 pounds this week. Stuck at what's effectively been a plateau for a while. No change.
Today, Superbob has his first appointment with the physical therapists for his knee. Maybe that will lead to some exercise being back in the mix.
Superbob does think he deserves a little credit. He knew where DW's coconut custard pie was at midnight last night, but he refrained from taking even a little whittle.
Congratulations Mary; only 9 pounds to go! Cooker and Superbob, hang in there. Cooker you'll probably catch up this week. Superbob, hope you have a good first PT session.

I was down 4. But my scales were going Cah-ray-zee. So my new WW scales show I'm down 2. But I think I'll just use that as my new starting weight and start a new assault. I told my Wii Fit that my target weight loss was 12 pounds. So I'll report on that.
Sunday I was down a pound, Monday back even, then the digestive tract decided to go on holiday and I am considering mugging Cooker for his prunes. I'm up to 130 today, from 127 last week, despite behaving myself food-wise. UGH.
I just have to keep behaving, make sure I get my exercise and swap oatmeal for shredded wheat.
