Survey: when did you receive your valve/repair?

John and Joann suggested in another thread that someone start a survey to see what year members received a valve or repair. For the sake of simplicity, let's include the Ross procedure as a replacement.
I'm making this an open thread so everyone can view the results. I am also making it so you can chose more than one year for those who have undergone several replacements.
I've had to group years since we are only given 10 options for voting, so everyone will probably want to post a reply with the year besides voting for a group of years.
Here we go!

It was April 21, 2003. I had my aortic valve replaced with a St Jude Mechanical 27mm valve and had a 6cm ascending aortic aneurysm repaired.

I had my mitral valve replaced in 1991 with a St. Jude mechanical at Northwestern Memorial in Chicago.

I had my mitral valve repaired in Sept. 1974, and I had my mitral valve replaced with a St. Jude Medical mechanical in August 1981 (actually, I think it's a model T):D . LINDA

It happened:

May 23, 1975 - Implantation of the Mitral & Aortic valves w/mechanical Cooley Cutter Valves;

Dec. 11, 1975 - Repair of Mitral Valve (needed to be resewned);

Mar 29, 2006 - Replacement of old Aortic valve w/a new St. Jude Valve.

My Replacement Date

My Replacement Date

My Aortic Valve was replaced September 5, 2007 with an On-X 21 mm. Yup, just over 3 months out and feeling pretty darn good!

This survey is a great idea. I think it would also be nice to know who has which kind of valve.

There have also been times when I've wondered if there was a way to find other valvers in Utah. Can anyone help me?

January 12,2005 at Spelman St.Lukes in Kansas city MO. 25 mm St.Judes Regent in the Aortic position.

Dick's AVR with an Edwards Magna valve was December 18, 2003- can't believe it is almost 4 years!

My husband had bicuspid aortic valve repair and ascending aortic aneurysm repair on September 27th, 2007 at Cleveland Clinic. We are blessed!

My bicuspid aortic valve was replaced in the fall of 2003 with a porcine valve.

An accompanying condition, a coarctation of the aorta, was repaired in 1979.

Before the bicuspid was replaced, there was concern that my mitral valve would also need replaced; but happily for me that didn't end up being necessary.

November 14, 2007, aortic valve replacement with root work, On X 23 mm

20th April 2006 is my memorable date, even though I dont remember a thing :) .
1 x StJudes 25mm valve with the Dacron aorta sleeve.
The Mount Hospital, Perth Australia.

Mitral Valve Repair, Dr William Ryan, 02/21/07, on Ash Wednesday. My only regret was not having my husband take a picture of me after my surgery with my ashes on my forehead! What a commemorative of my surgery that would have been! :D
