Ballad of Davy Crockett

Ballad of Davy Crockett

By Bill Haynes. Funny but I think I remember that song...

Like Gina and Nancy, I don't fit into the time zone of the website. In careful sifting through the crumbling and faded records of songs of that millenium, I think it's a tossup between "John Brown's Body" and "The Battle Hymn of the Republic."

Thank you so much for reminding me how ancient I have become...

*sigh*

Bob, you're not as ancient as we are- had to do our anniversary ( 43 years next March) and that was "Eight Days a Week" by the Beatles- now that could be taken in a number of ways!

We spring chickens are flitting around everywhere.

I'm almost afraid to ask ... but, what is the "cut off age" where you are no longer a spring chicken?

*crosses fingers*

Yep, I'm off the charts too:) . It did make me feel a little like a dinosaur. Oh well, I'm in good company. My wedding day...."Strangers in the Night" I'm not kidding ....that is what it says!

Somewhere between the ages of when Ross calls you a youngster and you can no longer cross your fingers, I'll bet.:p

p.s. If you'd like your notes inside your posts to appear as a signature, just cut and paste them into the window under "edit signature block" on the "control panel" page. I'm not sure if the vB [tags] work in the signature or not, you may need to use the < html > style to get the links to work. I'll bet some of the genius guru admin types would help out if you post in the support forum with a question about it. (This is not meant to be overly pokey and obnoxious to you, I really don't know if you've been told about the option.)
