What Kaiser location?

Hi Liya,

Read your struggles with Kaiser , I was wondering what location of Kaiser you are dealing with. I am presently having to deal with Kaiser in the San Francisco bay area at the moment. They don't mind me getting a second opinion, its just getting copies of their test results which is a real struggle.

You might want to mention this to them - the HIPPA privacy law that was effective 4/15/03 SPECIFICALLY requires medical institutions to make test results, etc., available to patients. They are allowed to charge for copying fees.
