Upset Stomach

I have always heard that an upset stomach "vomiting" can be a sign of heart problems. Is this true . My stomach has been upset lately & my heart seems to be beating alittle faster, "no much", and I was wondering if I needed to go see the doctor, or if I am just being overly cautious. Anyone have any comments?

Gosh-

That could be from so many things, including heart problems and things not related to your heart and medications and something you ate. Why not call your primary care physician and start there?
