unusual fatigue

Have been unusually fatigued lately I am almost two years post op. Have had quite a few set backs due to dressler's syndrome. I was wondering if anyone else has felt the same. Also my family thinks I am not as sharp as I was.

Yes I stay fatiged. It's hard just to function daily on the small stuff, but my tissue valve already has moderate stenosis, with rising gradient numbers. I hope you find relief soon. I'm almost one year post op myself, was hoping to feel much, much better by now.
