Two Years and Counting...

Almost forgot that yesterday was 2 years from my surgery date until my brother in law called to congratulate me.
Very happy to report that all is well...well enough to even forget my valviversary. Did a 5 Mile run as part of my prep. for a 10 Mile run in October.
Wish me luck gang !!

Great to hear! I think it's good when we forget valviversaries, as it means we no longer define ourselves as heart patients and that's the best possible outcome.

Can I borrow your knees? I'd love to run a 5 or 10 Miler, and I know I could if it were not for the pain my knees would give me for trying. Congratulations on the second anniversary, and may you have many more good ones, too!
