Two years ago

I had my valve replacement surgery and repair of an ascending aortic aneurysm. My hospital stay, which lasted 16 days, was no fun at all but I've had no heart issues since then.

Yesterday I asked Leonita if she remembered what happened two years ago today. She remembered but preferred to avoid the subject. I wouldn't have it made without her.
