Has anyone in the US had trouble contacting Roche or getting a rep to call you back? I've been trying for over a week to get in touch with someone who can guide me in purchasing an XS Unit and every number I call reverts back to a salesrep named Eric Dale.

I leave voice messages and I've sent emails to receive a patient information kit but nobody responds.

Do any of you know of a sales rep I can speak to in the US?

Thanks in advance...

Jake

Eight years ago, I had difficulty talking to anyone at Roche about getting a CoaguChek. Instead, I dealt with what was then QAS and bought a ProTime 3.
Later, I decided that Roche probably didn't deal directly with patients -- probably prefer to direct individual consumers to vendors.
But that's just my $0.02US worth. :wink2:

Funny... I wait and wait for information, post something on the VR Forum and wallah... I get a package delivered to my door from Roche.

Never did receive a phone call but at least I have enough to get started! Thanks!

This silly Canuk would suggest contacting as many members of the Board of Directors as you can http://www.roche.com/about_roche/management/board_of_directors.htm
Letters or notes of concern to the highest levels who report to shareholders i assure you will be passed down to the proper level of competencey with instructions as to how to deal with it
I would pick someone like http://wwsg.com/beatrice-weder-di-mauro-ph-d who has served from 2006 and is the youngest member....address a letter include a link to this thread and maybe copy as many board members as you can and use the US Postal service
