Has anyone experienced arm pain after surgery from being in traction? My left arm for seven days has been killing me. Mostly at night when I'm laying in the same position for a long time. Even starts throbbing when I sit at the computer for a few minutes. The last few nights I've had to get up and sleep in the recliner because it gets so bad. I find a heating pad helps, but doesn't take it away.
