Apparently I have this and it showed up on th monitor I wore for 24 hours. Up until my checkup in March, I was doing great. I was switched from toporol to coraig. Now I have this arythmia. I have to increase my coraig and hopefully this will take care of it. Any comment? experience?

I have it, too. It's nothing that can be treated with an ablation. Sinus tachycardia is caused by multiple factors, such as stress, etc. During my three-week stint with an event monitor, I had several episodes of this where my heart rate spiked from 125-180 BPM, even during my calmest moments.

My cardio ended up putting me back on Betapace. It seems to be doing better for me, but I've noticed some runs of sinus tachy. I've been a lot more stressed than normal, but I guess that's just par for the course.

Best,
