Hey guys. I havent been as active on here after my 2nd emergency OHS due to Bacterial Endocarditis, mostly because of the apathy. My previous cardiologist wanted me to stay away from all physical activity for 1 year. I got a new job and new health insurance. My new (much more experienced) cardio said that those restrictions were not founded on any evidence. He said I could go out and do my thing. So after the 3 month mark, I started to climb again, and cycle further/faster. Last night, at the climbing gym, I had a friend video me. Check out the vid below. I am quite proud, because that particular climb is pretty challenging. My buddy who is a very strong climber couldnt do it, yet here I am finishing it. Life is going on, ya know?

It's been 4 months and 2 days since my last heart surgery.

Congratulations!
I have done some rock climbing, so i know how difficult it is. Very overhanging. Impossible for any non trained people even with perfect health. For someone coming off OHS, simply awesome!!
