Not sure if this is the right place for this:confused:.
I just received my Medic Alert bracelet with all the significant info on me:
MECHANICAL AORTIC VALVE
ANTICOAGULATED (Ross, you'll be glad they don't say "Blood Thinners'!:D)
TYPE 2 DIABETES
One more thing to scratch off on my "What can I do to feel more secure with my new medical situation and ACT"! Maybe a hint that getting one of these is a good idea should be posted as a sticky to encourage all the Newbies:)?

Good for you, you never know just might come in handy one day, got mine like 2 weeks after OHS and it make me feel more secure I also got a wallet card with it.

Mine says

Mechanical aortic valve
Anticoagulated
Allergic to angiogram dye
and also the hotline number with member #

Couldn't believe they were able to fit all that on a small bracelet.
