Well it has been on year since my surgery.. definitely have a few issues with my coumadin dosage and a few other things.. I feel much better physically but still have some emotional ups and downs.. After 35 years of surviving CHD I feel more at peace with my path mostly due to my husband and parents but I still have those off days.. I try to think of this day as a celebration .. One day at a time right

Hi Fischje,
You've been there before so I'm sure you know that one year is a significant marker. But for me I really didn't start feeling repaired and healed until sometime over a year from my surgery, especially the emotional healing. It is a gift and a special day for each of us. So here's to your special day- Happy valversary and many more!
Take care,
John
