New member here. Have stable moderate BAV. It’s been moderate for 7 years but now I have a 4.0 AA. I’m 32 years old—my cardio at Cleveland Clinic said it would still likely be very long until surgery. He guessed between 10-20 years.
Does that rate of progression sound right to you guys? Trying to stay optimistic. Is this TAVR/minimally invasive stuff as close to being common as my cardio suggests? He thinks by the time I’m up, it’ll extend to patients like me.
