Lisa' purple cow smoothie

INGREDIENTS
8ozs. unsweetened purple grape juice
2 -3 scoops fat free sugar free vanilla ice cream
1 scoop soy protein powder
4 ice cubes

combine ingredients in blender

blend until smooth serve in pre chilled large glass[T
this makes a great summer energy drink.

My Dad used to make something like that but it wasn't as healthy(he used
grape jelly instead of juice)
They are good.
I also like the orange cows --subsitute orange juice for the grape.
