I wasnt going to post this on VR.org, but i figured that I could sneak this into the Active Lifestyles section since it is relevant. I have created a "Kickstart Your Heart' page to help raise money for The Ironheart Foundation: http://www.ironheartfoundation.org/
The way it works: Ironheart will reimburse me for any race registration fees if I raise double the amount on my Kickstart page. That means that donations received will help the foundation, which assists post op heart surgery patients get the motivation, tools, and medical professionals required to race in endurance sports, AFTER SURGERY.
So if you are in the giving mood, I have lots of races and climbing competitions that I plan on doing this year, you will also be helping a great organization.
