September 27th, 2011 marked the fourth anniversary for my husband and his repaired bicuspid aortic valve! Yes, he is one of the few bicuspid aortic valve repair folks on the forum. We are so grateful for the four years we have had, and we are hoping and praying for many, many more years with his repair.
I wanted to post to let others know that a bicuspid repair is possible and thus far, a successful surgery for us!
