A note from someone who knows. If you get the flu shot, it does not prevent the flu, just keeps you from dying from the flu. Those who have died from the flu never had the shot. You will not be as sick for as long. As for the pheumonia shot, I never heard of getting is every 3 to 5 years. It is so good till you get older, like 60. You never know about how these things work.
