i'm making it a goal to just simply weigh for next week's throwdown. No lottery winnings though.

No weighing; just praying. Considering participating in a spinal stenosis clinical trial, new minimally invasive surgery, FDA-approved. Got preliminary word I qualify. It would help if I could walk pain-free.

I'm down 3. No secret as to why. I ate less at meals, curbed the snacks, and upped my daily activity. Cooker, hope your appointment goes well; Wise, hope to see you next week; Superbob, hope the clinical trial pans out.
