Blood presure hightop low bottom

I had my ohs surgery 4-26-12 avr plus tricupis repair,mital ring, now i have a leak waiting to hear what dr.is goin to do about that,but my bp has been 164/58 kinda of no#s before surgery bp was always good but was on lot more bp drugs.now only on 25bb,5mg listnopril.any one have same

My bottom number was also very low before surgery (in the 50's). My extremely leaky aortic valve was to blame for that.
However, top number was normal. After surgery, diastolic pressure has come up to about 68 - 70. I was taking 100 mg of atenolol daily to keep my bp low because of the aneurysm and I'm still on 25 mg of metoprolol 1 and 1/2 years after surgery.
