I ran the Peachtree Road Race 10K on the 4th of July. Time was 1:05. Not my personal best but it was my best that day! I'll take it 
Had a great time. Loved all the people, cardiac hill was a breeze, and ran the entire way, weather was great for July in Atlanta. I did cut 5 minutes of my time from last year. I was still only 10 months post op for last years race and had to walk a good bit I guess that is progress.. This was my 5th year in a row. Blessed to not have missed one! Next sxheduled race is the Army Ten Miler in October.
