4 Years since valve-sparing aortic root replacement

Hello,
I have not been on this great website as much as I used to be. 4 years post-op from my valve-sparing aortic root replacement surgery I am happy and healthy. I'm still a bit leaky in the aortic valve, but feel good and no symptoms. Best wishes to everyone on here! The mental health is as important as the physical!

Congratulations. Has your leakiness changed at all over the 4 years for the better, or worse? I had a valve sparing root and ascending aorta replacement just over a year ago. My valve did not leak before the surgery, but it did after, but only mildly.
