Doesn't seem like one year, but here it is already. It was actually August 5th last year, but the first tuesday of the month that I went to Stanford, where Dr. Scott Mitchell replaced my defective AV and dilated aortic root with a Medtronics Freestyle Porcine valve. I feel great and am back in the gym, back to normal with lifting weights, and cardio 3 days a week. As a result I still weigh the same 190# at 6' 1" that I did a year ago. I have a new cardio, and will have my 1 year checkup on the 17th.
