1 Year Valversary!

It's hard to believe how fast time goes by.
A year ago today I was having my BAV replaced with a St. Jude Regent at 32 years old.

Today, other than a few adjustments due to Wafarin, it's life as normal. I still lift weights & run 4 to 5 days a week and my little 3 inch scare is becoming more & more transparent with each passing month.

Thank you all so much for your support and guidance, then & now.
