This shelter is EASY access, direct from IL RT 31. It is the first shelter on the left as you follow the path down by the Fox River.
This shelter's CAPACITY is 100 PEOPLE ... so COME JOIN US!!!
**COSTS**
ABSOLUTELY, 100% _NO_ REGISTRATION OR PARTICIPANT FEES!!!
Food ... NO alcoholic beverages. A BBQ is available for grilling. Please bring what you wish to share, etc. Subway is a possibility....
We have AMPLE seating, so the MORE people the BETTER. Bring your lawn chair or lounger if you wish to relax outside of the spacious Pavilion.

**FUND RAISER**
At the luncheon gathering we had on Saturday, March 1, we had extra money when we gathered for the restaurant check/bill. So, we split the money between VR and ACHA. If attendees want to include a donation collection to split between VR and ACHA at this September gathering, we can and WILL!
**ACTIVITIES**
AFTERNOON HOURS ... the Fabyan Forest Preserve offers:
Run/walk/bike along trails and paths.
Sightsee at the Japanese Gardens and Museum, or the Windmill.
Play games in the grassy areas....
Fishing ... make sure you have an updated IL license!

...Lots to do here ... Zanies Comedy Club, live theater available on most Saturday Evenings, etc. This is a short drive from the park. One activity for SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, is the "DJ Dance Party" ... Dance the night away to your favorite songs all night long.... No cover charge. 8:30p-12:30a. Location = Lucky Pierre's.
