    Thanks epstns. I am going slow. I do just wall push ups and little curls. I workout for 20 to 30 mins with a good gap between exercises and walk 30 mins daily. :)

    6 weeks post op heart rate?

    Andrea, I am 14 weeks post op and now my heartrate is still in the high 70's and low 80's but resting is almost down to the high 60's. Dont worry it is normal to have higher HR. All the best. :)
